Opening and Closing Concessions info

Opening shift workers need to get the bank bag from Viking Bank. Go to Viking Bank drive-thru to sign out a bag with a valid ID. Openers are responsible for starting food and prepping.

Closing shift workers are responsible for counting and recording the end of the night cash and need to clean and prep for the next day.
