Mission

The Hockey Operations Committee defines, communicates, and upholds the hockey philosophy, best practices, and core values of the Alexandria Area Hockey Association (AAHA). The committee is responsible for designing and delivering on-ice programming that aligns with this philosophy.

Purpose & Responsibilities

The Hockey Operations Committee serves as the primary decision-making body for all hockey-related matters within AAHA. Its responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and direction for all on-ice programming
• Supporting and guiding coaches across all levels
• Managing and responding to hockey-related questions, concerns, and feedback
• Ensuring consistency with AAHA’s philosophy and player development model
