Registration will be open on June 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM

Credit Card payment only

4 game guarantee

Refunds will be given (minus a $250 non-refundable deposit and processing fee) only if a full paying replacement team is found.

Games may start as early as 8am on Friday

Registration is through Tourney Machine and links work best from laptop or desktop computers.

**IMPORTANT-New process for hotel accommodations this season: 

Rooms are being held at the following hotels. It is your responsibility to call the hotel to create your own room block under the "Big Ole Tournament"' reserved rooms. Hotel choices are first come first served. Please only reserve the number of rooms you estimate your team will need to be sure we have enough for all teams (Some hotels limit to 15-18 rooms per team block). There are other options in the Alexandria Area for lodging available. Links are located underneath the Explore Alexandria Logo. (These do not have reserved rooms set aside for tournaments)
