~ 4 game guarantee
~ Games may start as early as 8 am on Friday
~ Refunds are provided only if a full-paying replacement team is found (minus a $250 non-refundable fee).

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
**IMPORTANT** New process for hotel accommodations:
Rooms are held at the following hotels. It is each team's responsibility to create its own room block under the "Big Ole Tournament" reserved rooms. Hotels are first come first served. Please only reserve the number of rooms needed for each team to ensure there are enough for all teams. Some hotels limit rooms per team. Please do not make a room block until after registration for the tourney is confirmed.
